Hey Dave I found an awesome trick for getting the mutant lobster. Instead of clam use the squid jig. 9/10 casts it will snag and it catches mutants! ;)

The new Pearl Squid 10/0 from the Halloween event works real well, because it sinks fast. Still a damn annoying mission though.

Thanks for the guide! It took a couple breaks (One of them was to save my reel) and breaks from the game but I got it. Sadly didn't make the leaderboard but oh well, you can't always win 🤷

for those who try to catch 2 of this absolute behemoth,Good luck,You either need 2 sets of level 90 gear or really fast hand to juggle the rod.I've tried to catch 2 but the fish either escape of low line tension or just straight up break my whole tackle lmao.

When I completed the mutant lobster mission it put it in my home storage so I had to go back but now the ship isn’t there anymore, I have a marker but I don’t know if it works anymore I’ve waited for 20 min
