Northern Pike are one of my most favorite species to fish in game and in real life. It's all about that intense fight that other fish just fail to bring that make them so fun to catch. Not only are they fun to catch, pretty good money especially if you have a big keepnet or stringer. The only thing I like to catch more than a northern pike is a big fat muskie

I caught a 4lb Northern on my narrow spoon for walleye in my walleye spot, damn it was a fight for sure. I had 6lb fluoro on a spin cast rod/reel setup. It was too much fun

I've caught $400+ northerns and walleyes with an X seriers 4/0# hook, minnows and 4 or 5.5lb braid line. Not sure the trophy/unique chains will bite a 4/0# hook, but they will on a 3/0#. Max XP too!! Also, walleye don't just bite at night or in the rain. Try going up to 95 or 90 inch leader during the day or sunny times out in the deep spots. 80-90" for the unique chains anytime.

i remember watching this vid a whileeee back when i was really struggling with money in this game. at the time i had around 12k so i went ahead and bought a advanced license and grinded emerald for 3 days irl. i made atleast 150k and if i never saw this vid i wouldve quit and not be level 54 right now. ❤️

Northern Pike are hard to catch. You'll get a lot of chain pickerel waiting to catch them. Weather and time of day are important too.

Walleye: You need a 14g narrow spoon and cast in the middle of the lake then twitch it very close to the ground.

Nope. Lift and drop with a jig and worm. Also feeders work with leeches. Works very well

I've had the best luck using top water lures and crankbaits for the northern pike, although the red & white 3/4 oz casting spon has proven to be effective as well.
