An uncut guide to catching the Unique Silver Carp and Bighead Carp at Sander Bagersee Lake in Germany. Also includes rig set up and lake location with real time game play highlighting when multi rod fishing, how quickly large nets can be filled. Demonstrated here was filling a 440lb net in 2 in game hours.

Man, I don’t know how you’re doing that! I have two float rods and my third is a bottom rod. I’m on my second day (real time) and I cannot bag a big head carp. This is insane.

Ha, far from it bro! Although what did surprise me was that the majority of messages came from experienced players. Not to mention that this lake unlocks at level 42 (50 is max) so only longer term players have access! Still, thought i would have a go at a narrated upload to cover the species.

Thanks. Getting cash is certainly a grind in this game, but if you stick at a decent waterway and just keep farming the cash will build up. The sturgeon at California will earn you well and if you aim for the 30 day challenge you will leave with a tidy sum. It does get a little tedious, but honestly it's the only way ingame to get build up the cash these days.

Love the great Fishing planet content Nostromo! Can you tell me why when im in Germany fishing with a float and i put it in rod stand it doesn't beep or my float doesn't go under when the fish is on. All of sudden it just says bait lost / eaten. It happens every time i do this. Im baffled as to why.

Thanks for the kind words, much appreciated. Almost certainly an in game bug by the sounds of it, albeit i haven't fished Germany for a quite a while so haven't found the issue myself. Quite a nuisance i would imagine though! Is the German waterway the only one you have found the problem with and does it happen regardless of where you spawn in? What platform are you on?

The issue is your leader length. If you make it longer, above 15 inch i think i will work fine

This might have also been the problem but i think it was a bug. I may have been using a very short leader as you suggest. Cant quite remember the length i was using but it may have been 12'' because i do use a 20-22'' leader now. Either way its not an issue any longer. But TY for advice. Btw, i knew a guy in high school with your EXACT name. Are you from Ca.? El Modena HS back in 90's?

Is there a certain leader depth that works best?

Yes, set leader shallow. Anywhere around 25inch works best.

Not that i know of. Corn is fine for the leather/mirror/common carp, but not for these.
