Fun little session mate. Mean feed too. Fresh herring wrapped in foil with a bit of garlic and butter is one of my favourite fish dishes, they're delicious 😋 🎣

Love a feed of herring. 👍 If you cook skin side up first, you should have less trouble with them curling. Unless you leave skin on, then you go skin down first to make it crispy 😁

Nice cook up. Have you tried the western king wrasse? They are silky smooth white flesh. I would definitely rate them higher than hezzas.

Give the western king a try 1 time you’ll be pleasantly surprised. You want a big one though, they have some really white meat and taste great, I love herring but I’d chose a western king wrasse over a herring.
