Yeah that Gill plate's like a razor blade laid my palm open one day trying to hold one by the Gill like a largemouth bass. Big mistake! Learn my lesson on that one.

Bush, go to Harbor Freight and buy yourself some longer pliers. They are cheap and will protect you from getting bit from sharks and all the other toothy critters.
