Nice vid, but if you catch a halibut under 80cm the best way to let it go is to unhook it in the water, the same goes for a halibut over 100kg. In norway it is a rule that too small or too big halibuts needs to be let go, and unhooked in the water if it’s possible👍🏻

I'm a Brit living in Norway and the fishing is off the scale compared to the UK. There's a lot of really bad behaviour from Eastern Europeans in town but if you get out and about it's unmatched fishing.

Great fishing, just a word of advice, when you are on a big fish loosen up your drag a bit on your reel, the fish should be able to peel line from your reel. You’ll land more fish that way

The reel is the mgxtreme which is a bang on reel, the reels drag simple broke on this session. It was horrible playing that sea trout on it. But I have one I use in the UK and it's soo good!

I was actually just having this conversation with my partner. Through this experience I learnt alot about fishing, filming, myself and a different culture this trip really made me grow in many different ways. I do want to go and experience as many cultures and try and "catch em all" I know that our audience love the canal fishing and so do we and it'll always be our home however the world is too big to just stick to our back garden.
