Glad we were not the only ones battling with Dinks on Saturday! Got 15 with 8 keepers (just) mostly punching in the thick and glidebaits. Tough fishing in the heat !

Great video sacha Donno about you but I’ve found when pitching/punching in the tick stuff even in clear water a darker color seems to attract bigger fish I pitch a black blue pit boss in 99 percent of water clarity

The most natural I will go is green Pumpkin in clear water but it still has a really dark presence in the water. I think darker colours work well flipping and pitching because you are targeting shady darker areas. Black baits are easier for bass to see. Thats just my opinion💪

Is rust de winter safe to fish from a small boat with all the crocs and hippos?

I haven't yet seen a croc at rust de winter yet but the hippo I have seen and I'm quiet scared off the hippos even in my boat. I hear they can get very aggressive and attack boats, so I am always very careful and I always look out for the hippos. I have seen smaller boats on the dam so I guess you can just be careful 👍💪
