Thank you for your great videos, they are really good, I love them very much. And I love Norway too, especially North Norway. It is so quiet here. Last summer I was hiking and fishing in Finnmark, and I also tried to catch sea trout in fjords, in 2 places - near Burfjord and near Skibotn, on spinning. Fish bitten quite good, but... it was only codfish, and I released them all. And do they (codfish) bothers you also, when you are fishing sea trouts in fjord? Or is there some special places, where only trout bites?

Thanks. Yes, it is a well-known problem that it can be difficult to fish selectively for sea trout. One way to reduce the problem is to look for habitats where sea trout thrive particularly well. This is what we call the "leopard bottom". Shallow areas with sand and seaweed that flood when the tide comes. When the water is cold early in the season, the water heats up here, and there the sea trout find prey. In April, May it can be smart to fish in south-facing bays.
