My trip today was like spillway #1. I just got 2 small bass and no crappie. We just can't seem to get Mother Nature to cooperate and give us more than 1 day of nice weather here in missouri yet. But I will keep fishing. Be blessed. My friend.

Question in some of the ponds in AZ why do they tint the water blue?
@TheFishinMagician208 ай бұрын
That is usually because of the heat. Darker water doesn’t allow as many sun rays through, which keep the fish from overheating
@AdolphZeugner-u3t7 ай бұрын
The actual reason is because that lake has golden algae and the treatment for that particular problem is known as copper sulfate which is a very intense blue color!!!

Biggest we've got here in Arizona is northern pike, although there is ONE small REMOTE lake/pond (~3 acres) that got stocked with tiger muskie fingerlings back in 2019; those fish are probably in the 25- to 30-in. range and between 7 to 10 lbs. by now !

I want to ask.. why do people release fish that they've cought?
@TheFishinMagician208 ай бұрын
Well, catch and release fishing helps preserve the fishery immensely. It compensates for the people that keep fish every time they go fishing. Also eating fish out of these canals is something I wouldn’t do due to the pollution.

@alphonsenormand95524 ай бұрын
Although fishing is fishing, this is one sport where SIZE MATTERS, as most fishermen would prefer to, and find it more fun to catch bigger fish, as they put up more of a fight, and are more of a challenge, resulting in a better adrenaline rush than the little guys !

Nice! Start with the basics for now. Film with the cleanest angles you can and make it nice to watch (as a viewer). Be yourself on camera, Really think about your video topics before you do them, ask yourself honestly, “Would someone really watch this?” Try and improve something each video and your good to go

Why use the tiniest minnows ever? They're like 1 inchers😂 no wonder yur catching small bass you need som a good size shiners for some good large bass . Something big enuff not to fit in that tiny basses mouth. Your shiners look like half inch to 1 inch at the biggest
@TheFishinMagician208 ай бұрын
Well I basically go on with what the bait shop has at the time. And I disagree, I have caught fairly large fish on tiny minnows, and fairly small fish on bigger minnows it’s all about what’s around at the time. Shiners are not really common around here
@richardduncan29548 ай бұрын
@TheFishinMagician20 I get my own minnows and that's basically all i use, the minnows your using are usually referred to as crappie minnows. I use bigger minnows usually and use a bobber at about 1 foot and catch big bass very well.
