I love these challenges because it reminds me of when I was kid and I'd try all the stuff at Walmart bc I could afford it. Now I'm almost 35 and I can afford any rod, reel, lures and other tackle from bass pro but still stop at the fishing section every time I'm in Walmart and usually get something Edit: just got to your first request about commenting our go to baits from Walmart. I have to say a chartreuse roostertail is a must for panfish, largemouth and peacocks when they don't want other lures but usually I'll grab a pack of zoom soft plastics in junebug or watermelon seed red flake

I just got back into fishing a couple years ago thanks to videos like yours and some of the other fishing guys. I'm 31 now and hadn't fished since I was like ten so now when I go to Walmart I always grab at least one cheap lure and one expensive lure.

Yeah , kinda bummed about Norm, AYO.. I d/m Norm within the last week asking if he was no longer affiliated with Googan and how that affects fishing with you , Yak etc .. he didn't reply which I get , but why would he not stay with Googan, they have done you well.. but there is always more to a story , right?? Another great fishing vid...what we all tune in for is fishing....while I enjoy the antics of Norm, Ayo and Yak...it's just not enough serious fishing and way too much fooling around, plus they just don't upload much content anymore. I still watch all their videos because they are just fun to watch, I'm sure they will be fine if they upload more...but Googan has turned into an all around serious fishing group, the GS aren't young goofball kids anymore, and it's refreshing to see the GS just fish and not have to build crap before they hit the water...keep it up Lojo, all I want to see is the GS catching mondos and so far the GS has delivered, especially LFGs monster bass and crappies.

Not sure if your talking about Ozark Trail brands or anything Wallyworld sells, but BNM Grubs which Walmart used to sell locally are some of the best cheap ones we've ever used. They are Blue / Black. Other very good ones are the Yum Lime Chartreuse, caught hundreds of Crappie, Bluegill and Bass on those in the past 5 years.

Walmart $1 spinner bait and cranks I throw them in places that has a bunch of snags I rather loose one of them than a lure that cost more but I did catch one of my Pb on $1 spinner bait 11.2 lb largemouth . Sup lojo, great concept, last Xmas I got a shoebox full of Ozark trail baits and lures, inexpensive lures, clearance.. from all 11 grandkids (obviously parents lol), and everytime I take some fishing I have to use them, I was amazed, lot of knockoffs but worked, all the plastics worked, a Jr jerkbait and lipless are killer. Next time do same challenge but give each person in it $15 limit.. most bass wins🙏, love that did this to challenge the lures/baits, work but not as good lol. Tyvm tc 🎣

I think in one of your previous videos you were driving down to the pond on your E-bike and were saying something about needing a better way to carry your rods. You should take a look into DivnickGolf e-bike golf club carrier thing. From the look of it, you probably could hook a fishing bag to one instead of a golf club bag. Just a thought.
