You can't beat a day fishing on a boat with your lad. Trust me it should be on the NHS it's smiles all day

What a contrast, watching this, and glancing out the window. Dennis is just a carbon copy of last weekends wet and windy misery. But then there's blue skies, white cliff back drop, and two of my favourite anglers plying their trade with the class I've become accustom to. Love it. Great to see you together, and at sea.

Great trip in a beautiful boat. Used to rent clinker built dinghies like that to fish in the bay at Largs from Halliday boat rentals. Catch delicious wee Dabs to pan fry whole and an occasional plaice. Mackerel and Saith in the summer. Relaxing fun fishing, sadly gone now.

Wonderful video. Great old boat reminds me of when I was a kid Squid great bait. don't think you needed the rice. What kind of oil did you use? Rice receipe: 2 cups of water, 1 cup of rice, bring to boil, & let water cook down, put lid on & let it dry out - not mushy. Just adjust receipe for more volume. I'm in USA. Wish I had a peaceful time as you - no boats around to hassle you. Thanks for great video.

Great fun film that one Graeme! Brilliant bit of skill from Mike to land that eel on light gear too. Do you think the Bream size limit is too small? Like you I put back all but the biggest, but the majority of what I land is over 23cm and legal. Doesn't seem right for a species which is under pressure. We obsess about Bass regs but other species seem to get overlooked.
@TAFishing4 жыл бұрын
I think the Bream size limit does seem a bit small when you actually get the measure out. Mind you I am in it more for the fishing than the eating.
