Fishman TriplePlay Connect - Overview

Hello! I watched the video with interest. I want to buy a triple play fischmann like the one you presented. You convinced me. I have 2 questions. 1. to have a latency as small as possible can I use an android tablet or an ipad? 2 Is it possible to use a wireless system instead of cable? Thank you

The "CONNECT" software ONLY works on an iPad, nothing else, not even on a Mac .... nor does Fishman have ANY plans now or in the future to make this software for any applications other than the iPad [as of 9/25/20 when I conversed with them about it]. The midi transducer on the guitar will operate any DAW ect, but the connect "software" is only functional on an iPad. As for your second question, I have the TriplePlay "wireless" version, but I do not think it would make any difference to the iPad whether the midi signal is coming from the wired or wireless version of the Fishman transducers.

This is nice! I'm so close to getting an FTP, but I'm very curious: is FTP really more accurate than the Midi Guitar 2 app? A lot of people say that this app is nearly as accurate as the FTP, but I assume they only tried the app on an electric guitar, and that it wouldn't compare as well on an acoustic. As I do only play on acoustic, I think I will be better off with the FTP than with Midi Guitar 2. Could you please give it a try and compare it? The app is free (in demo mode which would be enough to compare). Thank you.
