Bra , how u guys only get 12.8 subscribers. You guys put out way more informational, volume packed Contact. I gotta say. The channel way better then these other these guys with 200k subs!💯 love The educational dialogue with different species from different places and the way you guys break them down. I never knew you can eat Hagi. I was always told it was a rubbish fish.. can’t wait to make Some dishes with them .I just starting to get in water . so, watching your guises channel is a great way to get educated on what species to harvest. How to cook them . With respect to others . Only take what is needed . Mahalos🤙🏻🤙🏻

Super underrated fish, I don’t care what others think I’ll shoot a few every dive. Made tempura the other day, was winnahz almost had a lobster texture.

I was just in st croix and went spear fishing with some local guys I got 2 of these and an ocean tally it was amazing.. The way they de-skin these in the Caribbean is they slit a small cut near the base of the tail fin then peel it off by cranking the filet knife forward there by de-gloving the fish of its skin.. it looked tough to do though.. 😅 had fun.. nice fish man and great vid keep it up 👍 😊

Love the content, but some time try making pico de gallo with all fresh ingredients. Using the store bought is ketchup on a chip. Heat your tortillas on the stove or grill, gives a little more crisp. Sorry the Mexican is coming out of me. Can't wait for more videos. Hope I can try trigger fish some time. Thank you for the ideas and entertainment.

Yea jus tried to keep It simple and use common ingredients, and we actually teamed up with a friend and she showed us how to make some authentic ceviche, go check out that episode 🙏

Might want to try rinsing your fish with salt water instead of tap water. Either taken from the ocean, or tap with salt added. It really helps with saltwater fish and the texture. Tap is fine for fresh water fish.
