I'm glad you submitted that first one, it was your masterpiece! ^-^ It was also fascinating to see what the general public found 'laugh out loud' hilarious about the part of a YTP. In my opinion, the section from 3:03 up until 3:54 seemed to be the most enjoyed segment (Especially the eye-blink mid the silent part, lol!). So sentence mixing seems to be a big hit! However I think loud audio jump parts tend to confuse the audience rather than illicit an elevated hilarity response... odd, really..
