I just played the game (thanks to your video, of course, but waited to see it until testing the demo), and I can see they changed it a lot from your version. Now you can craft from the items on your car, you don't need to have them on you. and also the inventory has colours and other improvements.Oh, and the map has changed slightly too. Love your videos.

You only needed the headlights and that LT front quarter panel. Great fun! Oh and 47:45 or so you mention the car is in another movie. They go on a vacation in one of those, and it was around the time of "Honey I Shrunk the Kids." The movie was almost certainly "Harry and the Hendersons" where they have that car, and they go to the woods, and pick up a sasquatch who then lives with them. Actually one of my favorite movies from my childhood. Or, it could be National Lampoon's Family Vacation with Chevy Chase. They used that car in that movie too.

Go to the trunk of your car, go to craft table in your trunk, the two blueprint you get from garage, can be craft in your trunk craft table for gears. You have to be have enough materials. Dont waste too much materials in unnecessary thing.

Fisk; that movie you were trying to remember the name of is called "National Lampoons Family Vacation", they used a Ford LTD Country Squire which is what this wagon seems to be based on & if you look at the wagon used in Terminator 2 (also a Ford LTD Country Squire!) this looks to be heavily inspired by that car 😎

This game seems awesome! I've lived on the road full-time for almost three years. Between our truck & travel trailer, we're pretty much prepared for anything. We have tools, solar, a duel-fuel generator, a wood burning stove...literally everything you'd need to survive in the middle of nowhere (which we do often). I'm looking forward to seeing more of this game on your channel. I really dig the concept.

I have seen trucks with driver's cabins only marginally smaller, but much better equipped and more comfortable than several student digs I have lived in. Since I am a german guy I can't say much about Peterbilt, but the Scanias the Swedes build are insanely robust, comfortable and well equipped trucks. I can totally see a Scania converted into a postapocalyptic survival mobile. Oh, and at least here in Germany, a lot of the old GDR build IFA W50 medium duty trucks are still around and quite popular, especially the military version. The NVA demanded a system of easily interchangable and robust piggy-back tops with lots of different functions and what was developed to meet this demand is really interesting. A lot of those versions are still around and many were converted into off-road motor homes. Those would be perfect for such a scenario as well. In case you are interested, there are quite some vids (of varying quality) here on YT. look for 'IFA W50 camper'.

@@MichaelACastaneda Hey, I am happy you find it interesting! And by the way, I am born in the GDR, so the W50, just like the (in)famous Trabant is part of my history! Although _my_ first car was a russian Lada 2104 wagon, which had some russian tank genes for sure. Loud, uncomfortable, I could tell you from which part made what noises how fast it was going. On the other hand, I could start it without a battery in the winter, since it actually came with a crank to start the motor in emergencies. :D And at least here in the eastern part of Germany, the W50 is not only still around, but actually still in use, which says something about how robust those things are.
