The first one is a metal version of Ai wo Torimodose the opening song to the anime by Crystal King. The other songs seem to be composed solely for Hokuto Musou by Koei's metal division since they have quite a lot of that in Dynasty Warriors.

This game does so much justice to the bossery that is Hokuto no Ken the anime and manga. Hokuto no Ken has probably been one of the most referenced anime and manga in any other Japanese mangas animes and games cause of how epic it is.

Look up something called the "Rolling Buster Rifle." It's an iconic attack for Wing Zero (both Wing Zero and Wing Zero Custom/Kai) which does something very much like what Toki does for Flying Wave of Compassion. Koei animated the attack for Dynasty Warriors Gundam, and somehow I doubt that this new move resembling the Rolling Buster Rifle was a completely a coincidence.
