"Trajes Fatais" means "Fatal Costumes". Long story short: They were in a costume party. Then suddenly they "became" their costumes, obteing powers according to what they were wearing. Sombra means: Shadow Lourenço is wearing the Lampião costume. Lampião was like the brazilian Jesse James, but with territorial influence. He was the underground ruler of many small cities. He also was know by his cruelty. Brazilian northeast at the time was basically the american wild west, with outlaws and stuff. He was the most famous.

Lourenço don't say "100%" he says "olha a pexeira" and he is a cangaceiro, cangaceiros were some factions in northeast of brazil that was subdivided in groups, some groups fighted against military and other groups were just bandits and killers, some were both. The last cangaceiro alive was the grandfather from a friend of mine and he recently passed away. By the way "olha a pexeira" means "watch out for the pexeira" (pexeira means a big knife used to cut fish and was also very used by cangaceiros).
