Fit Finlay was a brilliant villain and an even better wrestler. The years with Princess Paula as his manager were fantastic. Dave was so good he made his opponents look better than they were, before he beat them up! His rivalry with Marty Jones is legendary. Magical times.

Finlay was at a real disadvantage because of his age in 2006 but I think he could have done better as wrestler for the company. Never would have been a main evented but he should been a mainstay in the midcard title position. I think they should have played up is viciousness a bit more, say have him squash a few jobbers for however many weeks and after he beats em have him break their thumb, arm, leg or whatever. I think he could have been a moderately big star which again at his age is a big compliment

Finlay vs Regal parking lot brawl nitro 96 same show that big show "The Giant" beat Flair for the WCW world championship I remember nitro was on early at 7pm and shorter because of the nba playoffs
