Going from Charge 2 to a 3. This really helped since there are new features. This is basically for fitness and time, if ppl are looking for a smart watch, Fitbit isn't it but for tracking exercise, heart rate, sleep, cals, etc., it's perfect.

Mine is stuck it showing km time am and it doesn’t seem to want to go back to the start if I press the side a circle comes up with o.ookm press button to stop but it won’t move on from there I have just trying to set it up. I am not a technical person I can’t move it from that and screen wake and notification

I love my Charge 3, I also had charge and charge 2. Bloody shame the writing is so small and backlight so dim that you can't actually read it to operate it.

there's a lot of issues about this product.. before buying this one... try to join their forum and read some of the posted issues that dated 2018 until now still exists. Fitbit doesn't have the plan to fix their product my recommendation DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS until issues are fixed.
