I have changed my clock face back to the one I had before Christmas and I have change the watch face but all my other things is still showing the Christmas one which is very hard for me to feed the heart beat , steps and the weather so could you help me I am not very good on technology.

Do you have to get the premium subscription to be able to use this effectively.

Honestly I don't feel you need the premium subscription unless you like a ton of health data. Without the premium subscription you still get alot of health, sleep and stress tracking data. It also comes with a 6 month free trial of premium if you want to take advantage of it.

the time is stuck at 3:59 on face but is correct on every other page where is clock reset?

Do you know if versa 4 shows notifications when the screen is asleep? I can’t seem to get mine to work and have to turn my wrist to view messages etc. My versa 3 I could see messages instantly without having to wake the screen. Can’t seem to find anything online

I bought one. Not tracking. Fitbit did send me a replacement. Guess what? Same problem. Fitbit took it back and never heard anything again. And they blocked the first one too, can’t even use it to read time. I don’t recommend.

It's definitely NOT the best as it does NOT support a single 3th party app. Coming from the Versa 1-2-3 (or Sense) that is a HUGE step back, and one that was not announced.

This is stupidest watch I ever owned. And I had a few different makes. It's not manageable to connect, it us not configurable and every step in configuration need to search in Web. User unfriendly and not really fit for purpose. More stupidest watch than this is first version of Sony smart watch.
