You are assigned a color for the week. The team switches out the colors to a different spot every day, so you may be closer or farther away from the stage. This makes it so that everyone has a chance to be close or far away. You get to choose your actual seat in your section :)

Hi! You should receive an email the same day confirming your payment & registration. If you haven't I would email their support team and ask! Maybe take a screenshot of your purchase if it is still up. If you are logged in to their website, you should be able to see if you are registered on your dashboard as well.
