Loved this ab workout! Mini rests that explained the new exercise prior to doing them, also gave enough time to do the exercise. I notice when other creators only do 30 secs per exercise then by the time I figure out what I’m doing , time is up. Thank you! You got a new subscriber !!

Loved it. I like the 5 to 8-minute core/abs after a 45-minute strength workout. I'm 58 years old and this amount of time is perfect for me. I also like that you include modifications if needed.

This was really tough but I did it😊 I don't think my core has ever been so engaged as when doing these. Perfect short before bed abdominals. I'll try this for whole of April.
