خلصت السلسلة الحمدلله والشكر👏🏻✊🏻 كل مقطع من السلسلة حسيت فيه كم تمرين او اثنين فيه صعوبة ومستوى عالي علي كمبتدئة بالنسبة لي وكان تحدي، حبيت مره التنوع وكيف كل مقطع التمارين فيه تشتغل على كل شئ بالجسم مب مركز على منطقة او عضلة وحدة بس وحبيت لما ياخذ ربع ساعة او 20 دقيقة شكرا زو✨️

ohhh this was so good!! i'm a huge beginner at pilates and a lot of other workouts i've seen have intimidated me or just straight up been too hard lol, this was the perfect fit for me though. thank u for sharing

I like the standing exercises. Wow is the split squat a balance challenge. The elbow planks are harder than the straight arm ones. Good workout.

really as many as you’d like!! always make sure to take at least 1 rest day per week though to let your muscles recharge💛
