I have sort of a weird question. How important is it to inhale and exhale when you tell us to? I have a hard time doing it for some reason. I love your videos! I’ve notice so many changes in the past few weeks! Thank you so much!

so glad you enjoy the workouts!!! the most important thing is that you’re breathing throughout the move, it’s less important when you inhale/exhale. generally, the goal is to exhale on the “exertion” (ie crunching, bridging, etc)💛

When doing planks my arms usually give out way earlier than my abs would. My noodle-arms are frustrating me so much 😢

i definitely always feel planks a lot in my arms too -- always feel free to drop down to a modified plank with the knees down if it becomes too difficult!🤗💪
