The Bible says that no one is a good person. We have all broken God's law the 10 commandments, we have all committed, lies, adultery, idolatry, and blasphemy. We deserve hell, but because of what Jesus did on the cross we can be forgiven. So if you Repent of your sins, change your wicked ways, and put your faith in Christ you will be written in the book of life. 👌 🙏Repentance is reviewing one's actions and feeling contrition or regret for past wrongs, which is accompanied by commitment to and actual actions that show and prove a change for the better.

It's very normal if you are an athlete. I was a gymnast, active 8 hours every day six times a week. I was in peak physical condition at 15 and a half meaning because I trained 8 hours a day and recover the next morning and did not feel tired. When we got older our coach had us train 10 hours some days even if it was not allowed. As a gymnast the recovery time decreases drastically every year, that is why we retire so soon. It's perfectly normal. What's sad is that children don't even need that much exercise to be fit and the fact that there are so many overweight kids truly shows how bad the situation is. Any kid that is active at least 2 hours daily, by running or just playing around is just enough, basically being a kid and not sitting at the computer or video games.
@jdbricks1072 жыл бұрын
Yes exactly
@olivier37612 жыл бұрын
I agree that 1 hour of activity is not a lot, but this kid here is 10 and not 15, which does make a pretty big difference with growth and puberty (im not a doctor, just pointing out that that could make a big difference)
@olivier37612 жыл бұрын
Playing outside the entire day is fine, but i can imagine that with fitness (either bodyweight training or weightlifting) 3 hours is probably too much for a 10 yo kid.
@gummy58622 жыл бұрын
@@olivier3761 Well the kid went on to do pretty well in high school football, so it’s not like his body was harmed. Any negative repercussions (assuming the child works out in a safe and supervised environment) are probably mental (ie mental burnout).
@olivier37612 жыл бұрын
@@gummy5862 yeah, but i think that heavily relies on the kid. Some kids might get mental issues, while other kids don’t. Exercising is great, and tbh i think its good for my mental health, but idk about kids cuz im no psychologist

Bruh it is bad, this dude is either skinny or was forced to get steroids. You do know kids can’t have muscles like that before puberty. The kids probably got some hormones and didn’t work for their muscles lmao
@buzzang66663 жыл бұрын
@@codzz6979 1. You cant get abs like that from being skinny. You can get visable abs yes but those are not as well defined like this kid has 2. Males can hit puberty as young as 6 or 7 years old, he is 10. While its true it would be very dificult for most people of that age to get abs and impossible for other he clearly has them naturaly. One of the main signs of steroid use is enlarged muscles and its obvious he isnt jacked. His muscles are the size you would expect for someone with his routine 3. You said he didnt work for them but if you take into consideration the videos he records every week or so, aswell as the training we're shown he does while not recording he clearly works for them, also take into acount all the mistakes while filming so he'd have to do it all again and you can see why he would have muscle 4. I researched him now (9 years later so 19 years old) and he still works out and clearly doesnt use steroids, because other signs of steroid use are acne and red spots on the skin, And while its possible he just got lucky and didnt get those side affects he is still lean and not burly his muscles arent massive like they would be if he used steroids. if you still think he uses steroids let me know and give me good reasons with actual facts and a source. Do your research next time :)

The DestrOyer A That’s completely false. Teaching kids to have healthy habits is a great thing and one of the best things you can do. It’s a great way to set your body up for a great strength foundation. I literally started lifting weights when I was like 10, and my older brothers would always take me with them to the gym. Those were some of my favorite times growing up, and it helped me stay out of trouble.

We shame kids for being fit and healthy at a young age but we don't shame kids for being obese and unhealthy at a young age because its considered 'wrong'.
@kgirlsupdated93272 жыл бұрын
we don’t do either, we don’t “shame” them for being overweight or obese , we teach them that their body can lead them to health risks and that it can be an unhealthy lifestyle to engage into. there is a difference between bullying/shaming and teaching/helping.
