Loved this video!!! You are definitely a real trainer!! I’ve also recently been going to outdoor group fitness classes and I’m really loving it! It fun to mix it up, and yesterday it rained on us while we we’re already dying because of a boot camp workout! 🤩

Great video! I sooooo wish I could have come to the class! When you tried to put "red powder" on Zoey(sp?)'s head, I lost it. Legit lol.

I've watched two of your other videos to gain some inspiration from group fitness trainers. You are so raw, funny, and committed! I took a group fitness certification course in May, did the Theory and have been preparing for the practical exam. I've been practicing over and over and overrrrrr to get my cueing, coaching nice and clear, and had a lot of fun designing exercises that matches my playlist :) It's definitely been over 8 weeks since my theory exam, but I'm also overcoming my fear of public speaking, and getting better at using my voice :) Anyway I wanted to say that you're inspiring me to keep moving, learning and having fun with the process. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and experiences! I'd love to know more about how you began your fitness career

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! You’re doing it right though: practice practice practice. I used to go into the megaformer studio I used to work at when I was new and coach an entire class to empty machines and practice making adjustments on imaginary clients 😂

Great video! I just reached out to my local parks and rec department to start setting up some classes, and I like the class format you used. Definitely a great setup for a small group.

The outdoor workouts look great. But I’m in Phoenix, I have to wait until winter! I was taking a Tai chi class then Covid put the brakes on that. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed seeing what makes up your day.

We got lucky with 75 degree weather! It’s been in the high 90s and low 100s here lately 😳

If only I lived in NYC I would have totally come to your class! I just took your dance class on monday at 5:30PM and had such a blast, you are such a great instructor! Cannot wait to learn more about your strength and conditioning certification and pull up journey : )

I have a question 👋 I just came across your channel! I'm curious from a fitness instructor perspective, do you program/design a brand new workout for every single group class? Or do you just kind of stick to a couple format and differentiate exercises?

For what it’s worth, I’d definitely show up for an in person no equipment workout! 😂
