just about the amount of the creamer in your morning coffee. That tells you exercise ALONE ain't the answer.

@@warriorsrule9350 are you kidding me? a workout that has 90-133 calorie burn is great. It's not like you can find a workout that burns your full day of calories which is around 1,800-2400 depending on gender so I would consider this a pretty good workout to burn some of that and other workouts if you wish. so just hush and do the workout! it's still something.

This was a good workout, but I am so glad your style of video has evolved the way it has :) It was fun to see how totally different this one was - a little robotic - and it made me thankful that you guys decided to add more of your personalities into the videos. Again, good workout, but I'm glad for the way things are now :)

Great for when you wake up late and don't have time for a full routine. Gets your heart rate up and you lose some sweat over it.

This was a pretty good cardio work out. A bit awkward with the blank background and no instruction or music playing in the background and instead just having to follow the moves from the model but I guess if you were to play your own music during this workout it would be better. I do wish there was a countdown clock. What was really weird was there was a commercial in the middle of the video. Never had this happen to me on KZbin before. Is this new?

Personally, I appreciate the lack of distractions. This is a weight-training routine, not Zumba. I don't need no stinkin' dance music and instructor chatter to distract from focusing on proper form. Thanks, FB! You two rock...without the rock and roll.

I LIKE TO DO THESE SHORT WORKOUTS COMBINED WITH A SHORT AB WORKOUT AND THEN 5 MINUTES OF GLUTES. I LOVE DOING THIS IN THE MORNING. IT TAKES LIKE 30 MINS OF MY TIME AND I FEEL GREAT THE REST OF THE DAY !!

@kangxiwangchao No problem! You can do cardio with sore muscles, just don't do intensive strength training on sore muscles. I don't recommend working out before eating as food is your fuel for a good workout. Eat a 150-250 calorie cab heavy snack 1-2 hours before you workout, even if you're starting early in the morning.

I haven't worked out at all since summer, and this is helping me get back on track! I just finished this and I love it! I can play my own music, there's rest, and theirs a variety of movements. I don't feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over like with some other workouts

I went about a month without a solid workout (I used to do FitnessBlender 20-35 minute cardio workouts at least 2-3 times a week plus other things) and today I barely made it through this short one! GREAT VIDEOS THOUGH, HOPE TO GET BACK IN SHAPE WITH Y'ALLS HELP :)

Hi there & thanks for your sweet message. Honestly at 13, the best thing that you could possibly do is to start trying to learn to love your body. Honest! Focus less on where you think you need to lose fat (you can't spot reduce fat, anyway) & more on treating your body well - feeding it nourishing, healthy foods, & giving it the exercise that it needs to function well&make you feel strong. Fat loss & a healthy bodyweight will follow naturally..Just appreciate your body & take care of yourself!

I love using FB vids to complement other workouts. There's always moves that other HIIT vids do not use. Only negative is the lack of any background music. Even something Bland and non intrusive would be better than silence

whew! I did this as an add on to another workout and it was a lot harder than I anticipated! I think mentally, not having the count down clock made it harder bc I had no idea how much time I had left, lol

you'll see results in a month... but the best way how to lose weight is eating healthy, lifting heavy and doing hiit 1-2x a week.. it helps me :)

Love this! Super quick cardio workout that gets me sweating & breathing hard. All you need is this, a healthy diet, lots of water, and abs/upper body workouts.

That doesn't sound too bad. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water & eating well --and that you take 1-2 days off a week.

@edierainy A good workout always makes me feel more energetic, too. It even helps derail a bad mood most of the time. There are lots of other workouts that would work with this one - it's pretty short & you only go through one round of toning so pretty much anything that you feel like focusing on, muscle group wise, is good. Take your pick!

We don't have the resources to build customized plans but we do have an inexpensive 8 Week Fat Loss Program for sale on our website that people are seeing a lot of success with. You could feel quite a lot healthier in September if you start now. Please do not crash diet! Don't lose it too fast or try any garbage diet pills or products, either! Do it for health & the weight loss will follow naturally.

I am 84kgs, and this workout is soooo brutaall!!! At earlier try I must pause the video to catch my breath, but after several times, I can handle almost all the workouts... Keep trying, guys! May the force be with you.

And I just checked on their website, it said that this workout burns 90-130 kcal, with difficulty level 4 of 5. That's why it feels so brutal...
