Finished a 1000 cal workout yesterday, and two days before that, and today!!! These are so intense but three months ago I was breathless at the end of a 30 min workout! Now I can go an hour to an hour and a half! So there's definitely been an increase in my stamina. Thank you!!!

The HIIT is definitely the most demanding part, after that I would say it isn't bad at all! Only ended up burning 602 calories, but I still enjoyed the combination of different workouts.

Lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks by cutting starches and doing this 4 or 5x a week. Its only ONE hour out of your day. A full time college student with a child. You just have to make it happen.

You shouldn't do this 4x-5x a week... at most 1x-2x. This is more of an endurance challenge, you need time for your muscles to strengthen up during a period of time. Your exercise shouldn't solely rely on these 1000 calorie workouts, but also focusing only/mostly on strength or cardio on certain days.

I did it, yay! I burnt 400 calories with this, measured with my Fitbit (BMI 20). It burns less comparing to running (I burn a little more than 500 calories with a 1 hour run (10km)).

Dadh Ffhs depending on how much you weight, how fit you are, how warm it is, how old you are and more the calorie burn changes. The numbers gives you a minimum calorie burn and a maximum. You know yourself if you've slacked off or did it to a hundred percent so often you have a pretty good idea of how much you've burned

Started with your videos 3 years ago, and while I've moved on to MMA and weight lifting as my primary workouts, I come back to your videos when I don't have time for the gym or when I have an injury and need a lower impact work out. These 1000 workouts are so much less miserable than when I started. Thanks for doing what you do and keeping me motivated all this time.

I really appreciated doing a different ab exercise each time. Usually when we do ABABAB I come to dread the next round. But when I don't know what is coming I think about it less! And I still get a great workout. Thank you!

Me too, I'm glad I work out alone in my room cause I'm pulling strange faces during the "punches". I know I'm no boxer champion but in the meantime I'm kicking the calories' butt!! Advice: don't workout in front of a reflecting surface your face will make you laugh and you won't be able to concentrate on your breathing.

I was 320 lbs 10 months ago and now I am 187 lbs and I can remember this was my first 1000 calories. Now don’t get me wrong. This one was hard back in my first month. In fact when I finished this I felt so much accomplished. Now that I did this again, it didn’t felt hard but it reminded me how far I have been in this journey. I tell you guys, this workout and eating at home and healthy really works. Remember you can do anything. Just need to start. I feeel so great!

This is my favourite workout routine online. I do this 6 days a week before i go to bed. I only leave out the weights part and compensate by adding some more exercise. Thank you fitness blender!

Well, I only burned 477 calories going HARD because I don't weigh enough to burn 1000 haha, but oh man, this was AWESOME! I really liked the variety. It kept me interested and engaged and pushing hard the whole time. Thanks, Daniel!!!!

@@animekitty831 Eat healthy and balanced! Meaning... for 5-6 days you eat as clean as you can, and on one day(or two), you can include some junk. But remember to get back right on track, and balance eating with exercise (also including rest days.)

update, it is four years later. almost five, and I went from being almost underweight (almost under 100lbs) in freshman year of high school to being 125lbs and 5'4, I'm skinny and lean instead of just a stick lmao. I can eat good and still workout and have good energy. yay. I'm in college now.

The kickboxing was so much fun !! First time I tried it and now I'm going to hunt down kickboxing workouts ! The strength training part was awesome as well, lots of variety of exercises. Never gets boring. If I could like this video 1000 times I would ! Thank you FitnessBlender, again and again. :)

I did this workout on a 3 day military diet ( I don't know how I manage to push myself that far) and lost 10 pounds the first 3days! I'm gonna do it for 2 more cycles! the only thing is that my muscles are sore .

Here's a road map for you - 1. Take the first three sections of HIIT as a challenge. That's your foundation. That's where you gas yourself out. 2. Next two HIIT rounds are catching your breath. 3. Don't drink water. It'll slow you down. Get through Strength. This is where you sweat the most. 4. No water. Go straight to kickboxing. This is mind over body. You'll have nothing left, but focus your mind. 5. Blaze through abs cardio and cool down. 6. Now get that water.

It took me 1hr and 20min to complete this workout. I felt 5lbs lighter. This video is definitely great for weight lost. I like to keep my workout sessions to 1hr or less but I wanted to try this one out. It depleted me out in a good way. I loved the different moves and motions and the sequence. It was so FUN to do. Yyyyyes, this time I did it completely :-D The HIIT was short but extremely intensive. Most of the time there are a couple of less challenging exercises within the HIIT routine, but this one just stayed at 100% all the time. Also the kickboxing was brutal at that place rather behind in the whole workout. All in all I've been able to put all my energy into it and I am feeling really sattisfied now :-)

Argie dan I was wondering the same, my guess is its high and low impacts, so you could have burned anywhere between the two numbers, depending on whether you did modifications or not :)

Argie dan it’s just a range since your calorie burn depends on your weight and fitness level etc. it’s generally not very accurate either, I almost always burn much less than what they advertise for the workout. 1000 calorie workouts I’m usually in the 450-500 range

WHEW! I DID IT! I am always excited when I get through one of these 1000 cal workouts. One day Ill be able to do it without so many breaks!

+TigerTammie LuvsYuh hahahha awwww try to modify.. go to regular push ups.. i did that the first time and completed the workout... second time i did as he did but took longer break..now i do exactly like him none stop *in the breaks i do jumping jacks* you can do it!

I've done a few of FitnessBlender's 1000 calorie workouts, and I've done them many times, but this one really kicked my a$$! I made it to thirty minutes and had to stop and do a different workout!

Workout complete.... Group 3 added to Group 4 from the hiit portion are killers.... Then spend the following 45 min to recover this... Love it ;)

+staying strong try doing compact workouts they burn alot of calories and they are far more effective when it comes to losing belly fat and gaining muscle at the same time
