Fitness Blender is amazing. I love all the hard work they put into these videos and their versatility. They have something for almost anyone out and to think all these videos on KZbin are free is nothing short of amazing because there really is so much value in their content. There's people out there charging for way less than this and not nearly as thoroughly in their research as this hubby and wife team. So much love and respect for these two. Hello there! I am so glad that you have had some much success with Fitness Blender and it is so exciting to hear people's stories. I've been doing there workouts consistently for about a month and a half so we started close to the same time....you know what is funny I actually found their channel a couple of years ago and that is actually when I subscribed but after my weight going up and down and suffering a personal tragedy but I am so happy I came back because I got exactly what I needed here and I actually felt so much better after just a week of exercising with them and the more I do their workouts the better I look and feel and it's amazing that such a transformation has happened in such a short time it seems to good to be true at times. The strength training has made such a difference in my body I wish I had been doing it years ago. Their talks have also been most insightful! Happy healthy living by the way #eatrealfood :)

As long as you ask yourself that, instead of doing it, you will never make it. Sounds harsh of me, I know. But it is not about "motivation". It's 100% dedication. Motivation just let you start something, dedication is what lets you stick with it. I had the same problem as you. Asking me that stupid question all the time. Had the excuse "no motivation" all day long. So when I tell you to skip the question, just do it. Believe me. Make a workout plan (challenging, but not overwhelming!!!!!!!!!) and stick with it. If that means you have to sqedule the exact damn time (fE 5pm-6pm on Mo, Thu, Sa) then do it! There is no such thing you are looking for, giving you "the motivation", because it is not about motivation, but dedication. Trust me, I am an engeneer :) Best wishes and all the success!

I have struggled so hard with losing weight. I have been overweight for years and to the point where I am borderline diabetic and am being told of more and more health problems that I am acquiring the bigger and older I get. I am only 27. I always looked at losing weight as dieting and working my body until recently I have learned it is more than that. It is a lifestyle change. I've never had motivation like I do now. I want to thank Fitness Blender for being a support system even if they don't realize they are. Idk how to workout at the gym so it's a waste of money to me. My physical life has changed thanks to Fitness Blender for giving me the option to work out correctly and at home and of course to myself for realizing that I had to change my mentality about the way I live. I truly get it now and it makes me so excited! I finished this challenge today and feel absolutely amazing. All the stiffness and stress I have been feeling feels more relaxed. Thank you Fitness Blender for existing. Ya'll are amazing.

I've watched your fitness journey and got inspired. Day1: I change the foods I eat by choosing healthy ones( veggies and fruits), drink lots of water, and get enough sleep. Day2: I lessen eating unhealthy foods( processed foods). Day3: I lessen my carbo intake cause I used to eat too much rice. Day4: I started doing the easiest workouts(yoga&low impact cardio). Day5: I continued my healthy diet and skip workout haha Day6: I did a 30 min. yoga Day7: I got rid of my bloatness and my waistline decreased by 2cm. Tips: Always start with the easiest and slowly build your way up. Eat 3 meals with snacks in between and never starve yourself. I still eat junkfoods but in moderation. This routine is such a nice, dynamic limbering routine. Especially, believe the order of the movements, and the transitioning from standing to floor exercises makes the entire routine flow beautifully!

Fitness Blender is the best workout and fitness page! A lot of workout videos are a little too "omg look at MY body" type. Like FB is more humble in what they do and are only out to help others without showing off their bodies to us (in more of a verbal way). There's nothing wrong with any other workout video, but FB workout videos are very calm and relaxing (even if they are kicking your ass!)

I have been strength training for 20 yrs. Hit plateaus many times. Always try to mix it up. Found fitness blender a few months ago. I have been using these videos for a bit. Love this set! I have always stretched after working out but for a while there I was so busy that as soon as I was done I headed home from the gym not doing any stretching and carry on with my day. Well turns out I have lost a lot of flexibility in a short time. Age has a lot to do wit it for me and I am so sorry that I left myself get to this point. I hope these videos help me get back on track. Due to meds, age, sitting for my job and not working out as much I have gained my 15lbs(doesn't sound like a lot but it took me a while to drop it) back and working like the devil to drop it again. So far 5 gone. In total I have about 20lbs to drop. I use KZbin at the gym now i have my wireless earphones!! Please keep up the great work and I have to say that hearing your story and the struggles you had, I am inspired! Thank you!

So good!! I was introduced to HIIT workouts back in January, and I started following your videos about a month ago. Thanks to the warm up and cool downs on your channel added to my HIIT, I have increased in flexibility immensely. But this pure stretching routine is just what I needed! I plan to incorporate this into my three days a week off from HIIT to further help my flexibility. I think y'all are awesome and cannot tell you how awesome it is to have your expertise and guidance at my no-gym-membership and no-equipment fingertips to get my two-babies-under-3-years-old, full-time working mom butt back into shape!! I have nothing but praise for this flexibility routine and for FitnessBlender. As someone with chronic pain and over the top stress at work, I can see myself incorporating this into my workouts regularly. Also as a home exerciser, I find myself working out with FitnessBlender quite often. The workouts far surpass purchased DVDs in quality and variety. Thank you for all you both do!

This is the first time I did a video through Fitness Blender and I was so happy to find something that I can watch to work with me and not feel overwhelmed by the speed of things, just so the video can be done. Many other fitness videos are extremely fast paced to where some can't watch the video and do the routine at the same time. Thank you!!! Kelli and Daniel, you guys are amazing, I can't thank you enough... I just had my both knees injured, and hadn't workout in the last 6 months. My body was stiff, I couldn't sit for prolonged periods, squatting or kneeling, or using stairs. I felt so depressed. But I'm glad today I force myself to do this exercise, because I can't believe how gentle this routine on my knees. In fact, they felt so much better afterwards. I definitely will be here for the next two days to do every challenge! Thank you, I love you guys very much...!

I had dance lessons this summer, wasn't warmed up enough and jumped badly, which caused really bad pains in my knee now :( I'd be very thankful for any tips, thanks ! x

I'm enjoying the program overall and liking the challenging workouts, but I also love routines like this where the muscles get a chance to stretch, relax and recover. I just want to say 'THANK YOU'. I have been a subscriber for a few years, I think, and now that I am 'getting old' I am finding it harder and harder for me to do cardio, or weights. I still want to work out, just not as intense. Your Pilates, Yoga, and stretching exercise routines are perfect for me. I still want to challenge myself once in a while. Lately, though, these exercises are more my speed.

Almost 50 and since 2009 had been working in front of a computer up to 16 hours a day in a dark room and zero excercise. Beginning of 2018 I got free of that mode of operation and decided to try to go back to the exercise of my 30's, Krav Maga. Totally destroyed all my joints in 6 months. A friend told me about FB last summer after the melt down and I poo-poo'd it because it was "aerobics" in a new package. Re-discovered FB last month and this morning was my first attempt. Decided to just try stretching. Wow...I'm sweating after something simple like that....but my body is not in pain from it so I will be back for round 2.

Kelli, Thank you so much for posting this video. I had a horrible muscle spasm and the tension was causing so much discomfort behind my left shoulder and neck. Today I was supposed to work on abs, but I opted for a flexibility video because of what my body was telling me :) I didn't have my full range of motion when I did this video, but at the end it helped so much with the pain!
