Rock, Paper, Scissors Fitness Battle is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Students find a partner and do RPS, which they then use the results to determine which exercise they need to do. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. PE Teacher here. Loving your work and the first part of the video. However, I am struggling to see how the second part of the video works if my students are on zoom. The look at each other (screen not shared), have a battle. I then reshare the screen and they perform the exercise (in pairs) what their 2 responses dictate. Is that how you would us it in this medium? Thanks again for your work, I have used or adapted lots of your stuff in the last 10 months.

Students can perform the first part of the video on their own. Students can do the second part with a family member at home. If students don't have a family member at home, then the students can compete with the teacher. The student will perform the exercise based off of the hand they draw and their teachers. (Example: teacher's hand + student's hand = exercise). Teacher gives students 20 to 30 seconds to perform the exercise and repeats. That has worked best with teachers on Zoom. (Note: students only look at the teacher's screen not other student's screen for part two of the video.)
