Does this app not work on a Samsung s9? Got the app, manually granted all permissions, but still get "device disconnected" when trying to pair. If you guys aren't supporting the App anymore you should probably stop selling these watches...

Hi! as far as I see the steps counter doesn't count them at rest. Unfortunately my device lives with it's own life - it counts steps even if I stay or sit. Do you have any idea about the reason - soft or hardware works inrcorrectly? Do you have any information about the firmware which is installed in you watch? I suppose the local firmware gives me such a bug. Thanks in advance!

This did help me in connecting my device. When it comes to time setting and user profile setting it just states "committing". Then go back to set screen statimg device disconnected. How do i get the committing to completed. All permissions was granted. It was paired in Bluetooth. Still the same error. It does not even update/sync the time om the x2 watch. What else can I do?

I thought this is a scam but it's not. Here is the brief tutorial to make this work: Just go to the settings and give permissions to calls, sms etc. Because the app is built for an older version of android. That's why it crashes when trying to reach the info it requires (because permissions are blocking it's way) and it says "device disconnected" But this is actually a toast message error. The error is wrong. The device is not disconnected, it couldn't connect because of the permissions.

pull the straps of the watch, then you will see two black piece of plastic poking out of each side of the watch, where the straps were( don't worry you can attach the straps back to the watch)and one of them has two gold stripes, plug that one to the USB port of your phone charger

Pull the straps off, the watch connects directly in to any usb charger plug. No cable, all attached to the watches. You might have worked out by now however.
