Great videos looking forward to the supercharger fitting. Just finishing my restoration of a 72 GT and was thinking of doing the same just undecided what route to go buy a kit or make my own fitting kit.

I think the Problem of no voltage showing on the Voltmeter is you are putting the Red + & Black- across the fuse, you need to Put the Red on the fuse,then the Black leed of the meter on a good earth on the Body say the Engine Block,then you should get a 12V Reading on the Meter ?

Where did you get the strut kit? Was it specific to the MGB? I’ve got an 1100 I’d like to do the same thing to 😊👍

Thanks, I got it from MGB HIVE in the UK. It's specifically for a chrome bumper B over a rubber bumper one. I don't know why they would be different, nor a reason why it wouldn't fit many cars from this era.

Oops Actually fitting struts is a bit complex. I have a MGB and tried to fit a non specific strut to the trunk, none worked. But there are good calculators on line to figure out the right size and pressure of strut and mount angles. In the end having bought two non specific struts that didn’t work, I bought the trunk strut kit from Moss. Success!
