Fitting Car Tyre valve to a Garden Pressure Sprayer

This is how I fitted car tyre (tire) valve to my garden pressure sprayer (pesticide pump sprayer).
This ways so I don’t have to use the pump (plunger) to pressurize the sprayer but instead I can use an air compressor to easily and quickly add air to the sprayer and pump it up.

I just added a regular rubber valve to mine. Put a 9/16" hole in it and pulled the valve through with a valve puller. I pumped it up as much as humanly possible with two bad shoulders and checked the air pressure and found it to be 32- 33 psi. In my 2 gallon sprayer I can put 32-35 psi. It may be different (less or more) in others. No leaks and works great. I couldn't see trying to tighten down a screw type in it until I saw your video. But the regular rubber one works fine too, very easy to get it in.

That is a good idea. I never used conventional rubber valves so i didn't know whether they are good or not. Thanks for sharing

Try 90 degree valves. Much better
