Love this t5 stuff no idea about mechanic things but deffo blank the egr off while your there I think you should of maybe put a pd130 engine in it a lot easier worked and far more reliable! hopefully more videos on the t5 soon!

You’re not wrong. I’ve got a Seat Ibiza with a pd130 so if all else fails 👍🏻

The torque gets them tight , the angular turn provides the stretch
