Likewise. So proud to have sprouts and fresh fruits in my breakfast. Never got addicted to maggi, packaged food, biscuits, chips, cookies, cold drinks, packed juices, cornflakes, nutella etc. Quit refined sugar long back and made jaggery my bestie. I was never overweight but I made these lifestyle choices to be fitter, younger and more agile. Also, once in a blue moon, i relish golgappa so yes, I am not living a boring life. Also, in the name of snacking and binge eating, I eat makhana, bhuna chana, laiyya and home made mewa laddoo. Thanks to my dietician/nutritionist sister for educating us. I also enjoy nariyal pani often.

I am from Eastern Europe and what you are showing as "bread", I believe we would call it a "toast" and the association in my mind would be with American-style toasts. We rarely eat this kind of bread. The real bread should be bought in the bakery, freshly made and (like you said) with just 4 or 5 ingredients. We often add some seeds and grains into it.And when it's brown, the colour is made by using wholemeal flour. I believe this kind of bread is quite nutritious and it keeps me full for hours (whereas after eating the "toast" I'm hungry again quite quickly). Thanks for all your advice!

I bake my own bread. Recently My friend ( Grocery shop owner ) told me that ur Daughter is eating bread daily but the bread has harsh chemicals in it. One day I made a bread. It was so easy & tasty that I now don’t buy bread anymore. I bought a stand mixer to make the task easier. Bread making is much easier than making roti. The only problem is it takes around 4-5 hours as waiting time to make full bread. I make it once or sometimes twice a week. Sunday is my bread making day

Avoid kachori, jalebi, samosa, pakora, and gulab jamun for breakfast unless you want your morning to feel like a Bollywood blockbuster! Stick to eggs, oats, fruits, yogurt, and toast - they won't turn your breakfast into a spicy masala movie before 9 a.m.!

It depends. Normally sane people do not eat kachori, samosa etc as daily breakfast. It's once in a while thing. Or ones who are working in the field or traveling and want to grab some quick meal that keeps them full longer while running for another appointment or the like. When traveling, fried food may be safer choice than raw food.

Good one Vivek 👍🏻 Especially mothers have to be made very well aware of the marketing tricks being used by such brands as mothers fall pray to such marketing "Hathkande" so easy as they often being demanded by children for some fancy breakfast foods and mothers. Instead mothers can make our own breakfast food items look fancy by doing little bit of garnish to them. Keep it up and cheer for your daring hard work 😉

I used to have Kellogg's corn flakes almost everyday since I started going to school. At 40, I have become obese and I have switched to oats. I think you should make a video on chocolate bars. e.g. Indian chocolates are rubbish! Take an Indian Kitkat for example. It contains only a little bit of real chocolate and the rest is palm oil. Take a British Kitkat and it tastes like actual chcocolate. And, a Belgian or Swiss Kitkat is pure heaven.
