I really appreciate your videos. Not only tell us healthy ways to treat our body. You also tell us the best ways to consume it and how. Are usually Google things like when is the best time to take it & how much to take. With your videos it is all in there. Very well explained, demonstrated & all your suggestions sound reasonable, doable & sensible. I'm very health conscious & try not to gain weight that I can't lose easily, so I don't have a problem with it down the road, but obesity is a BIG problem in this country, so good to know & recommend these tips as needed. I like the hot water idea - sounds very simple & very doable in the winter, when we tend to eat more & are less active. Drinking hot water in morning & evening is sufficient & is also good for lungs too, it helps me in cough but don't drink hot water all time, otherwise when you drink cold drink/water or eat ice-cream you will get cold-cough instantly, thats my experience it may vary with yours.

Vivek...I hardly subscribe any channel but yours is an exception. The way you explain things and try to promote good habits is something worth the while... In this new world with ads on Processed foods, Junk items etc and you come out of nowhere and teach us the basics of leading a healthy life. I have inculcated many good habits watching your content and you deserve to be one of the best influencers the world has ever seen. Keep up the good work and May God bless you man. P.S. I think Honey+Lemon juice+Lukewarm Water in the morning can be a good addition to the list.

A suggestion don't drink lemon juice daily because the sourness of the lemon can make your gums loose and then your teeth will fall out,my grandfather used to drink this daily and the dentist told us this was the reason,second thing whatever you drink or eat just take it for 3 months and then atleast take 15 days gap and then resume.

I experienced COVID that lasted around 11 days. At first, I believed I was ok but I began to lose more hair than normal. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body went through during that time and also the shampoo that I was using.
