Thank you for your video. Chest pain and shortness of breath can also be caused by low iron and/or B12. I started to experience these symptoms and it was quite scary, but after reading about this factor and taking an iron and B12 supplement, the symptoms stopped. I think it's especially important for vegetarians to consider if they may not be getting all the nutrition required from their diet, and also, iron gets depleted with physical activity, so supplements may be needed if having a very active lifestyle and also if female due to the iron loss each month. Just wanted to share in case this can help someone 👍

This is why herbivores needs to eat a lot while bigger carnivores like Wolves/Lions/Crocodiles consume Meat which is easier to process and contains all the necesary nutrients with the required Binders. This is how they get so big while eating only once in a week or two. E.g Soyabean chunks is 52% protein in weight but doesn't contains good amount of amino acids this is why 100gms of Soya Chunks which should give you around 52 gms of protein turns out our body absorbs almost only half of it.

The measures you have mentioned here are helpful to reduce the cholesterol in blood. It cannot unclog arteries. You can only limit further damage to arteries. If someone has chest pain, other cardiovascular symptoms and post tests if doctor advises to take statins it must not be ignored, because clogging process is much more complex and diet can significantly reduce from clogging further but that's not the only factor.

@Fit Tuber Thank you so much for this video. This will be very beneficial for lot of people. I wish this video was there earlier. My dad was diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis and two major blockages back in Jan 2023. We visited like 7-8 doctors they advised for surgeries for both the problems. My cousin who is BAMS doctor he also said there is nothing that could cure these in ayurveda too. He also said it blockages cannot be reversed , don't trust any KZbin video remedies. So we convinced him to go through open heart surgery.I n May first week he had his surgery done. I feel like i failed as a son, i let him go through all this pain when we have solutions in ayurveda. I trust ayurveda more than modern medicine. But in this case i failed.

That's really sad to hear, hope he makes a full recovery and you guys get back the piece of mind. But if all such doctors suggest the same, it must have been important to go through the surgery. You can try these solutions for yourself and family before taking them at word, try to build a routine and check if you get the results for yourself. Blind trust is never advisable, even fittuber says that. A healthy balance of ayurveda and modern medicine should be maintained because this very well might have been a severe case. All the best man!

Obviously, such people have not been good to their bodies for large part of their life, nor can they suddenly undertake very rigorous and tough exercises/tough yoga. So I am not allowed to join gyms, i just try my best with the open gyms, follow healthy nutritional habits and will add regular exercise to it in a few days, all your videos are always helpful, but as you suggest, we should test these solutions ourselves, do our own research, and not take on just your word, so I will let you know about my progress. Instead of heavy training in gyms , try running a km or two in morning and do yogasaan for about half an hour daily in open air preferably in early morning before 7 am .... The cool breeze helps a lot to relax us

Even before this GYM culture, our Country has been doing HANUMAN Vyaayam(VyayaamShala/ Akhada), where our body doesn't grow instantly as in gym, but in a healthy manner progressively. Search for RAM MURTHI NAIDU, who shocked foreign countries with his power and he was a vegetarian(even a exercise is named after him Rammurthi Dand), GAAMA Pehalwan and many more, even our fathers and grand fathers generation had been doing this way of STRENGTH training. They include, pranayamam and yoga too..(Mostly these exercises seem to be extended yoga Aasanas) Traditional indian exercise doesn't only make you physcially fit, but also MENTALLY which is more essential than muscle. But don't start right away. start with jogging, THEN running a km or two, THEN Praanayaam, THEN Hanuman Vyaayaam/ Yoga(Do basic, if you need advanced, go and meet a guru/well trained one). NEVER run on cement roads. best if done on grounds such as stadiums, or on open flat grasslands. or almost flat mud roads. Slow running for few weeks(say 2-3) and then later doing moderate running and later sprint for a few weeks confirms us, that our body is overall fit or not. In first few days, one will get leg pains for sure, even using stairs too would be painful. If you are not fit, contact doctor for saftey. If you are able to do it without any severe pains in organs(like chest etc.,) after weeks you can start Hanuman Vyaayamam with confirmance. WHy to do running before starting any new things is? If at all we get injury or ailments while doing strength training(though we followed the procedure and protocol of every exercise perfectly), it might be due to OUR HIDDEN AILMENTS. Becasue there is A CHANCE TO BLAME on our Traditional Indian Exercising as it is tough to have a trainer in 50% of our country to guide in real time. Though today, we have youtube channels like THE FLOWING DUTCHMAN, KARATE TV(This guy even made an app) ANIRUDH YUDDHVEER etc., , but they are virtual, right. YOGA altogether must be done carefully and slowly and is not only distorted postures. So, It takes few years to perfect, NO, IT MUST TAKE a few years or else it leads to severe adverse effects on our brain functioning, eventually on our body. One should have a guru for advanced aasanas. To name a few, Sharath Yoga centre(Sharath jois), isha etc., or your local guru if you believe in. PRANAYAMAM:- Doing even two to three types is enough for one. But one must do with consciousness. The word itself speaks, it is about our LIFE. To make us feel alive with energy, pranaayamam is essential. As we dont recognise our breath in daily life, it can give a productive and tremendous energy to feel alive and makes us productive and live symbiotically with other species on MOTHER EARTH. SO, there is no need of GYM.

I have stopped believing anything on youtube or what these new research suggests, our ancestors knew best so i prefer sticking to traditional diet and practices. Much needed video for the past couple of months I have done ecg but doctor are saying it's fine some are saying pain hota h? Referring to senior doctor but they r saying all good but I was having pain in heart then shortness of breath sometimes thankyou fituber for everything u changed me alot I'm now on a track of health I was eating lots of junks from childhood and had to pay the price but now I got it 🤗🙏all thanks to you

From what I have learnt from several other sources is that coconut should be avoided by heart patients. Please do correct me if I am wrong. Hi. I am here to put up a request here. I recently used tata sampann unpolished black channa and it smells like naphthalene. When I searched about it I found out it is a pesticide which is very dangerous for RBCs. I feel cheated, very cheated. Vivek bhai! I'm in hazard right now. I live in hostel and I am seriously facing all three symptom that you have mentioned (shortness of breath sometimes, cramps very often, and sudden decline of capability of memorizing things since I am living there). I was always wondering and struggling to get the reason for the same. But now I know, it all because of food there. They uses so much refine local oils and spices and worst part is that they reuse that oil if left while cooking. I know all this because I visit kitchen very often. But all of this is out of my control and I have to follow it for more next 2 years😭. Currently I am at home and I am experiencing the reduction of all those symptoms since I am here. But I have to face it again when I go back.😭 Please tell me how can I stay away even after consumption of such food?😢 I mean I can't change cooking pattern by my own choice. So I have to do 2x things of that you mentioned. What they should be?

Hey Vivek. Your videos are always so informative. Love your work. Regarding having garlic clove. Do I swallow it like a tablet or do I have to chew it. And I would also like to point out that red meat increasing cholesterol is being debunked.its the bad fat and refined salt with which it's cooked is causing problems. I have just seen some videos like yours regarding the same. So can you please check the same.
