I have been trying two days a week fasting from the last two months and i can surely feel the difference in my health and mental health.......i was diagnosed with liver infection and after a month of fasting it is quite better........our culture has always supported fasting and now we know why it's a part of our culture........ Started fasting on Monday this year during the month of sawan ( started on 18th july , first Monday of sawan ), and now continuing this every Monday since then. Thought of doing 16 somawari ( just with the purpose of setting a target to keep myself motivated ) , and now i think 12 fasts done, i have decided to continue this throughout my life now ( aadat ho gya ab, and faayda itna dikh ra, body detox feel hone laga isliye ). Infact i am watching this video today after doing 12 fasts , i didn't know that all this detoxification and thing happens or not, but i felt and realized everything said in this video on my own in these last 3 months. Glad to be following the right path. 🔥🤞💯🙏

@Sanatani 🚩🚩 Yes people r forgetting there traditions which is not good, but many of them still believe in rituals and culture which is inspirational. Atleast we can avoid eating अनाज after sunset.

I did 16:8 fasting for every three days per week in the month of February to April...i reduced 10 kg... ultimately, it has uncountable benefits 👍

Plz firstly check your BMI And Fix the timing of food and strictly stop eating snacks between meals...only drink water..even feel small hunger...keep gap of 12hrs between dinner and breakfast... Slowly you'll see the results 👍👍

I m in defence,and i ws into fitness and thats why started eating chicken and eggs in excess. Thn i read Geeta 4 months back I stoped non veg and started ekadashi vrat. Its been 3 months now. I have same strength in gym. Better focus. I m agile. Spacially fasted eve workout is the best one. Earlier i used to have 5 6 meals a day but now with only 3 meals i save a lot of time . And results are even better. I ll suggest Go veg Stop excessive eating in name of macros Ekadashi fast You ll thank me later.

I've been keeping "fasting tuesdays" from last 3 yrs & can give countless benefits that I've been getting. In fact we get to see the real benefits at least after 6 months of periodical & regular fasting

I hv read a book on fasting around 10 years back ..in that it is writing that some people can not fast ,may be they feel migrane ,dizzy,non energetic because they hv more toxins in their body ..and fasting is removing all that.. If you feel low energy than it means u hv toxins in body ..but slowly slowly u feel much energized .don't stop fasting because of that..jitna hota hai utna karo .. Anather thing while fasting ,if your mind roams towards food ,then meditate or Aatma ka dhyan karo,ye sharir muzhse alag hai ,main shudh swaroopi aatma hoon

In Jainism, we have Das Lakshan Parv of 10 days in the same days when there is Ganesh Chaturthi in Hindus. In these 10 days our maharaj ji and many people also (गृहस्थ) including my mother take nothing but only water and one or 2 dry fruits and milk only 1 time a day for 10 continuous days. No fruits no grains and nothing. And after those 10 days, my mother really feels much energetic and healthy

Jain's keep do fasting (उपवास) and some people do 30 days fast called Masakshraman (मासक्ष्रमण). In jain religion fasting is very common and many people do 1, 3, 8, 10,15,16,30 days fast.

Our chhat puja vrat is one of those vrat you are talking about it's a four day fasting session where you have to avoid lasan pyaj in the first day then second day we fast for the whole day and eat only fruits in the evening or wheat roti and chawal kheer if you want then on the third day we didn't eat or drink anything for the whole 24 hours and at last in the 4th day after sun rise worshipping to suryadev we eat our prasad it is almost similar to detox your body gently and beneficially i love my culture and specially chhat puja ❤️ thank you fit tuber for the valuable information which people are forgetting day by day..keep inspiring us to follow a healthy life..

Hi thanks me to introduce fasting ☺️. Actually in my culture my Mother, Grandmother and others family members do fasting on Ekadashi. But I don't believe that before, no matters what day it is, I just eat and eat junk food, After knowing the benefits of fasting, i tell my mom that, "I want to do fasting". They are shocked, they said what happened to you. 😅. It's easy do fasting when others family members do as well, Thanks man for telling me the benefits of fasting, Now I am doing this also ..

Yes it's actually effective i'm a patient of bad digestion and some liver problems too ..but after fasting i'm feeling better.(lentils and rice soups really help)

We had been taught that if we fast, body goes in shock as if there is starvation so brain gives signals to save up the upcoming meal so we gain more weight. But I learnt from my nutritionist that we need to increase gradually eg. Basic 8 hrs(sleep fast)+ 1hr, then gradually increase by 30-60mins each week/few days till 14-16hrs. Easiest is evening time by early dinner than morning time as morning time increases acidity(pitta) in case we have travelling/travel to work.

Hey Fittuber, thanks for sharing this detail in length about fasting. But I have one question about the suggestion you made at the end of video regarding the Mama Earth hair mask... It has sodium benzoate which I have seen you highlighting as a damaging chemical, do you still think this hair mask is good for hairs? Please share your thoughts.

Sodium benzoate is bad when consumed as food preservative. Since it is not being consumed, it can be considered safe. If it is added to chips or other food items, then it is bad.

Great video. I would like to add that juice can be an important component of the diet when you are fasting. Juices provide instant and ready nutrients to the body, body doesn't need to work to digest juices. Hence they provide great rest to the digestion. For people with digestive issues, juice fasting is great. To reap the maximum benefits of fasting, it can be combined with plain water enema once or twice a day. If you are juice fasting, you should totally avoid anything from stove, including warm water. Btw, whenever I did a week long juice fasting, my hairloss had totally stopped 😊.

Before I was eating 3times a day and used to feel lethargic and now I am doing 16hrs fasting and having fruits in breakfast,it makes me active n energetic whole day.😊It really helps in healing.I can observe my skin glowing and spots are fading without any ointment.😊

I do alternate day fasting regularly. One day of normal eating followed by next day of only drinking water. Very simple and effective. Thank you FitTuber. When I tell my family about fasting nobody pays any attention so I will send them link to this video😄

I did fasting and lost significant weight... My family says that I got weak... But I didnt feel any loss of energy.. I did supplement rice and chaptis and spices with salads and oats.. Drank lot of water specially warm water in morning.. Also skipped tea and beverages... It does wonders

I was a very bad eater used to eat meat everyday drink alcohol drink sweet beverages and my cholesterol and triglycerides were super high plus thyroid issues . Fasting has helped me get rid of all issues

More than 12m hindus in India are beef eaters. Tum log plants ko kyu marte ho..this is violence too. Plants are living things just like animals. Just because your ears cannot hear their cry sound frequency does not mean they feel no pain. At least we Muslim do zabha ethically slaughtering the animals from the front where the animal dies a painless death. The jerking is due to blood loss in the organs. Unlike us, you guys chop the heads of cows and buffalos from the back with a severe blow where the animal dies in agony. Your scriptures have all sorts of meat offered to your dieties as sacrifice to make them happy. Go clean your own backyard first before worrying about other faiths.

I was suffering from grade 2 fatty lever. Did intermittent fasting for 6 months. It completely healed my liver. No more fatty lever and lever engzymes are totally within limits.

The Quran mentions the Torah ("Tawrat"), the Zabur ("Psalms") and the Injil ("Gospel") as being revealed by God to subsequent prophets Moses, David and Jesus ( A.S.) respectively in the same way the Quran was revealed to, the final prophet and messenger of God according to Muslims. 😇😇 The Quran also states that these revelations were words of wisdom to the people of that era.
