Nothing crazy just walk uphill on treadmill for 30-45 min at 3.0 speed.. all depends on your body fat % but mine are visible right now at around 14% I would do core 2 to 3 times a week. planet fitness cable works best for me with the rope extension face the opposite way have your butt and spine on the pole for support then crunch your chest to your knees hold at the bottom for 2 seconds and come up slowly. I worked up to 80 lb 4 sets of 25
