Took my fair share of MDMA back in my party heydays. Abused it and suffered long-terms results for a long-ass while. Some days I would take it every week, or the following day. I never gave my brain the chance to build more serotonin until it was too late and had extreme anxious bouts to the point where I was too scared to go out in public. Took me at least a good 6 months to recover and force myself into social situations (cognitive behavioural therapy). I rarely had it tested because I trusted my dealer (who would give it to me for free because we were homies), so most of the time it would be laced with meth or some other shit that would often have adverse effects (rather than feel euphoric, I'd just feel drowsy). Comedowns were a BITCH. I will say though, although I consumed it frequently, I never took above one cap, and would never re-up when it would come down. Yet, despite placing moderation on myself, it still caused damage. It's definitely not a drug for lightweights like me. Please test your drugs and consume them responsibly. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone below 18 especially now that they're laced with fentanyl. Make sure you have a friend watching you if you do take it. I've stopped a few kids from OD-ing simply because their homies wouldn't offer them water or just generally laugh at them tripping off their tits while they're literally on the verge of having a seizure. I'd recommend to space out your consumption at least 4-6 months before popping another molly. It can be a fun drug if you're careful about it.

Haziiyama it has nothing to do with your setting afterward. Your brain has used up most of your serotonin for a while and you’re not going to have fun the day afterward. Sure smoking weed might help a bit but you’re always gonna feel a bit like shit the day after

@@potion95 Only if you overdo it. More times than not I've always felt fine the day after. Maybe a little tired and less energy but the only times I ever fell into a deep depression are the times I took more than usual. It's avoidable if you know what exactly you're taking and how much you take. But people also have different thresholds, if you naturally produce less serotonin than normal you have an increased risk of serotonin syndrome.

Cough Sizzle The actual long lasting effects of MDMA are very exaggerated. Short-term effects can be detrimental, but typically if you’re off the drug for a while, the brain can repair most of the damage. You should probably take a year or two off before next time. Have you tried psychedelics? They’re not for everyone but MDMA can be psychedelic so they might be up your alley. Shrooms and acid are much safer. Hell, shrooms are safer than weed lol. As far as toxicity goes

DaringDucky yeah I’ve tried shrooms and I’ve done acid once but those often give me loads of anxiety, so does weed, it might sound really backwards but more man made drugs like coke, ket and md seem to suit me. I’m turning 18 soon so I’ve decided I’m going to use a lot less and focus more on study but yeah psychedelics aren’t really for me

Cough Sizzle good on you man, i definitely advise against using any manufactured drugs other than LSD though. even then it’s hard to trust if the LSD you’re getting is the real thing anymore. but DaringDucky is correct, mushrooms are the most physically safe drug out there, and though they can induce heavy anxiety i still consider the worst of trips to still be beneficial. don’t put anything in your body that can have long term negative consequences, life is too precious to just give away to these manufactured substances

mdma is the first thing i ever did when i was 14 and the guy told me to take a half (i live 15 minutes away from the netherlands so they are strong) and after 40 minutes i felt nothing so i took the other half that is still the craziest experience that i've had

MDMA is like one of the safest drugs to try out. not saying it's completely safe but is so much better than coke and the like. plus its almost impossible to get addicted to it considering it only works if you have enough serotonin in your body.

Your wrong, it still is an amphetamine and does work if you dont have any serotonin. I took it 3 times in a week and still was fully affected. My friends and I abused it weekly for months it is addictive. Obviously it works with a diminished effect without serotonin but it is still psychoactive
