This video is really heartbreaking and so was the first episode but you know, i think it's actually understandable that she left him, because he told her he loved her, i think it might have made her realize that she loves him too and when she saw that he couldn't remember and be himself, she just couldn't take it, take the fact that the man she loves is no longer himself and can't be with her now that she realizes she wants to be with him too. And i'm sure she's away because she really thinks it can help him too, and maybe she is searching for a way to help him. But all i know is wherever she is, she does this for him and she'll be back soon :)

Beautiful yet heartbreaking video! It does justice to the season 2 premiere. I'm beyond sad... The fact that Simmons left the team is too much to handle for me. She felt guilty and couldn't stand the thought of him being so damaged, ok, but I never expected her to leave nevertheless. I know she will come back eventually though. Still, it hurts me. Poor Fitz, he needs help asap and I can't believe SHIELD doesn't have a therapist or a psychologist who can help him through this. Season 2 is gonna be so depressing, ugh.

thank you for this video really THANK YOU. You are propably one of the few talented Fitzsimmons vidders here on youtube (and my personaly favourite♥). I was waiting for a video of yours since the premiere aired. This video is truly amazing, i love it :) The whole episode was so heartbreaking, my baby Fitz is broken... i can't even. How could Simmons leave him like this?! She better have a good reason. Great job honey, can't wait for more Fitzsimmons videos of yours ♥

I have to think she left because she couldn't keep standing as his crutch and finish his sentences for him; he needed to struggle on his own to work through it. Also it would probably be so painful for both of them to have to have her watch and not step in when he struggled, ugh. (watch it be completely a different reason though)

smfstracers well i agree with you in some parts. I am sure she has a pretty good reason for leaving him, because if she hasn't, then Fitzsimmons and all they have build throughout season 1 will be completely ruined. My opinion is that she left because she thought she couldn't give him any help being there with him. She knows he needs to struggle by himself to get better. And she thinks that being away from him, looking for ways to fix him, looking for a cure, will help him a whole lot more. I bet she is dead inside all these days away from him and she misses him as hell but she does it for his own good. And i hope Fitz will understand that when she comes back. Of course Simmons cares about him, of course she worries and she is hurt by his condition like no one else does and that's why she needs to be far from him. In order to help him, she has to be away from him so she can work her ass off to find something so she can fix him.

I mean, at the end of the episode my heart broke into a million pieces and I was so foolish to think I had suffered enough because of the season 1 finale, but of course hell awaited us all. I didn't know who was more in need of a hug, Fitz or myself. And then I watch this video of yours and the editing is really great and you used the song I've been listening to again and again lately, and it totally crushed me. I can't wait for Jemma to return, I guess she left because she felt really guilty and because she thought that it would be better for poor little Fitz, but instead she made things worse for him without meaning to, and I can't stand his face looking at imaginary Jemma like she's his lifeline. I really can't. Sorry, I got carried away with my FitzSimmons giant baggage of feels and sufferings, but I know you'll understand. Again, great job
