The crocodilopolis was a real location--a place of worship where holy crocodiles were regularly fed to try to placate Sobek into raising the Nile enough to ensure Egypt could grow enough food to feed its people, but not so high it would drown the crops. The most holy of the crocodiles at the crocodilopolis was called a Petsuchos, and was designated with an elaborate headdress that was said to be able to fire sunbeams when it was displeased.

They mentioned wanting to elevate myth units in retold - this game shows they need to have more impact. That was so sad to see the investment in the myth units for all of them to run in, have a god power support, do nothing and just melt away to basic hoplites and toxotes.

@@OMGNINJAS-YO Myth units power seem so inconsistent across Civs. Greek myth units are terryfing, and can be made in great quantity thanks to easy favour generation. All the other Civ's myth units seem so underwhelming, especially considering you can't generate favor as easily as greeks.

Would love to see you doing this for AoM because it can be quite enteraining and also very educational for us non pro or new players. In UI just above the delay setting you can turn off world tool tips :D You will still get the relic info tooltip

Ra's +15% Migdol Stronghold units HP is useless without its original +10/+12% movement speed. Ra is so castrated and nerfed right now. Meanwhile, the Greeks are definitely both the meta and the simplest to play.

His Camelry can get really strong with his passive coupled with Sobek's Dark Water and Osiris' Desert Wind (translates to +50% health, +20%atk and +20% speed with health regen). I agree he's not as strong as he was though, definitely not an Elephant Spammer anymore.

They should buff sphinx and petsobek Petsobek should initially do ranged attack however if an enemy gets close it should just swallow it(it's special ability - death grip instakill depending on size of enemy, if enemy is very large or is a hero, it should give a high dmg chomp, if small , just insta kill) Also it should be able to traverse through waters as it's a crocodile And melee dmg is cuz crocodiles have strongest bite in animal kingdom so these should make sense

honestly, i think the new roc drop/pick up mechanic is a bless. im so sry for all egyptian players but airbone transports were such a pain with those safe pick ups....

I think the roc should be a lot tankier to enable early plays with it. As it stands 2 heros can kill it before it lands and drops off units making it useless after age 2. If it gets more hp and resists it will at least be able to drop the units before it dies still enabling the play but preventing annoying pick up drop off spam Or make it faster so it can out maneuver the enemy but keep the low hp so sneaking in behind the enemy is possible but risky. As it stands a low hp, slow moving transport that needs to land before it can drop off is useless
