How neutral position is possible when there is always hydraulic oil pressure acting on the hydraulic springs near the feed back sensor?? Can you please explain??

I think there must be a separate on off valve for the pilot pressure to activate/deactivate

Hello Mohit, actually when the FIVa control valve received the signal, only then will supply the hydraulic oil to the big or main piston to move to spool. The oil pressure for the small is constant and it only serve as just like spring.

Hello Satpreet, normally there is an oil supply for both piston to keep the spool at the center for neutral position. When control valve received the signal, a higher pressure of hydraulic oil will supply to the big or main piston to move the spool.
