Thanks for making the video. Even though the topic is not deeply touched, it's a nice video.. I wish you also spoke more TA and pH reading. It's something that I keep reading and people get confused about. With your knowledge and your way of expressing things, I guess it would be easy for you to make a video.

Hello, I’m ready to rack some Pinot noir and wanting to add some oak powder. Is it too late to add this?

After ferment, I would add oak cubes instead of powder. Easier to remove by racking again if you find your wine has enough oak flavor.

thank you! shred is a nickname, a term used by skateboarders, snowboarders, and others. World is the sphere of activities I enjoy. there are other shredworld channels, some quite good.

can use as a stabilizer. some discussion about it causing benzene to be produced.
