I think in the first game you could recruit all zues players except aphrodite and in 2 and 3 you could get them all including aphrodite in the second game you randomly played zues at raimon and in the third game after you beat his national team. Correct me if I’m wrong

I’m honestly just gonna go on a recruiting spree and rotate through all the 3000 ish scout characters. Especially ones that we haven’t seen since IE 3. Like Leighton Bolt, Walter Trope, Chops Denton, Morty Portland etc. so I can experience HD scouts in their full glory. Here’s hoping Level 5 go wild with scout character movesets and stats and make them just as strong or even stronger than story characters. Its more fun that way

8:42 Just wanna note that I believe you can recruit Zeus players after you beat them in the story of IE 2. So you can take Dionysus etc. to you for the Genesis/Dark Emperors match. (I could be weong on the timing of when you get them but I know for a fact you can play with them against Dark Emperors) Also an additional note at 9:14 - You can recruit anyone from Zeus in IE 1 with the exception of Poseidon and Aphrodite.

You can use them in IE2 but chances are they will remain too low level to be useful all the way through of what little there's left unless you go on a grinding spree, same with Xene against the Dark Emperor's, in theory you can, but his team to recruit him will be harder to beat than the Dark Emperors by a lot and he will be too low level to be useful unless you do a lot of matches before hand to get him up to speed.

I kind of want to recruit three goalkeepers for my team from Ares: Sandra Fischer, Duske Grayling, and, of course, Grotley Bogwash. Forwards, definitely Bunny Cottontail (and I might as well toss Shawn and Aiden in there too), as well as Adriano Donati. Midfielder, Nino Nango. Defender, Lunk Ironbrow (Frankenstun user), and Saiph (still haven't watched Orion, but I'm going to take the opportunity to recruit a character named Saiph should it present itself).

3:07 Mark somehow has 35 hissatsu (37 if you include the Phoenix+fire tornado move and Fujin Rajin eats lmao) very curious if we’ll get different versions of players similar to strikers. Fun fact there’s about 800 hissatsu and mark learns 8 in Orion. So 1% of all hissatsu are Mark’s in Orion Here’s my players: Goalkeeper: Dusk for same reasons you listed Defender- Sakanoue/billy miller. Does nothing at all really in ares or Orion with no hissatsu but has a cool design and looks like Austin so I want to use him Midfielder- Valentin. He’s probably my favourite ares player and looking forward to see if they do anything with cold snap and ice pike Forward- Xavier foster(ares)Wondered what kind of player he was ever since I played IE2 back when it released. Cool moves and design and also just want to be able to shout “the explosion” every time I use it Li Hao- a player who is described as being able to play any position just sounds interesting

Cause when I’m playing the game and I scroll through all the players I’ve recruited, sometimes the game lags especially on players with full movesets, spirits and the like. The GO games have 336(iirc) slots which is pretty sizable amount but the OG games have a miniscule 100 slots which sucks so bad. Especially with the capsule scouting lol.

gave this some thought and here's my own areori 5-a-side of players that i want to use but probably won't have on any proper teams Goalkeeper: Racerit Spot. Everyone loves Gabriella from this team and yeah so do I, but I also have a soft spot for this fan designed keeper and their weirdly out of place triceratops move on an italian team. Honourable mention to Bigman from Navy Invader for being called Bigman and having one of the hissatsu of all time Defender: Okuno Hosomichi (Reid Rivers). Just a really cool design from a team i like a lot of the designs from. Defender 2: Meissa. Based Shadow of Orion pick. I wanted to use her as a MF, but i looked her up to double check and nope shes a DF. oh well, my reason for using still stands with her cool design + wanting to see other moves from this team besides Yurika's and Procyon's Forward: Petronio Patti. one of if not my favourite character from AreOri, that I dont see slotting onto any of my teams unfortunately.. Forward 2: Satan Gaul. they called a character Satan Gaul funniest shit I've ever seen. also his form changes and Time Trance seem interesting and I wonder how they work ingame

@@TaleOfTheToaster Acker, Joseph and Aiden reference me and my brothers, Sandra is here because she’s underrated and has nice moves, Gabi I have come to appreciate more the past month, Hillvalley to reference the 1st episode of Inazuma Eleven I saw, Ogar since I wanted to use a Go Galaxy character, Xavier seems fun to reverse position, Hood is a meme character for me, Gaiel because I haven’t used any angels or demons before, Zanark has a very dynamic character so it’ll be fun to see, Elliot because I wanted one of the 3 main Ares/Orion characters, Laurel for the accent, Virgo/Erin/Maine are scout characters that I like and Sakaruzaki is the VR character I want to use the most but that’s the clip notes version of my reasonings
