Absolutely amazing! Perfect setup.The sounds he made coming in built up the suspense. Anyone who hasn't done this sort of thing can't appreciate what goes into it. The practice, the gym time, the gear, the calling, the hellacious packing, and the all out challenge. Congrats on a great bull.

I've been that close to elk, so hard to hold it together! Had one spook once it saw my caller, ran back. Over ranged it threw one over its back. Best day of my life still to be within 5 yards..... Great video!

Headed to Colorado in 12 days. Leaving on 9-11. As a firefighter of 21 yrs the day I'm headed out is and will always be a day of remembrance for for me and my fellow brothers. This trip is big for me as it is a bucket list trip to hunt what I've always desired. The hunt is the reward, to take an elk will be a spectacular bonus. Bow and arrow as always for me. I give all thanks to my savior Christ Jesus and pray for his guidance on this journey I'm headed on.
