I love watching these videos. I used to struggle with food.. Everyone makes choices. Someone can't force you to gain weight or lose it. That's the power of our own will. We have freedom to choose. Nobody makes them gain weight besides themselves. That's an excuse to make poor choices. Balanance is key. We are human. I eat healthy but if I want something I'll have it, but in moderation. Healthy habits take time to learn. For those who struggle with food, watching these videos may or may not not be helpful. At the end of the day, if you know something is not good for you, don't do it. It all comes down to the individual.
