No. here in the netherlands we are paid the same no matter raning or shining. But the difference is amount of orders you get, when it rains more people order food!!!

Say 120 to 160 euro in 8 hours. Between 16 to 20 per hour. It is just an estimat. we have good and bad days

How much do you want to work. if you are planning to work 40 hours per week then you can eran about 600 euro per week and paying 40 euro per week for swapfiets is not that much but if you are planning to work less you should make an accurate calculations. Let me know if I can help more

No you have to buy or rent one. for renting an ebike via Swapfiets (a company for renting e bikes) you pay 116 euro per months

37.1% is not right! minimum tax here is 0% if you earn less than 20000 euro per year for example but in general you have to pay 21% every three months and then in the end of the year tax office wil caculate your salary and pay you back. This is what I know and what I do although I am not a tax expert for more accurate info its better to ask a tax expert!
