Union Mill, previously called Druid Mill and Mount Vernon Mill No. 4, was the last stone mill built on the Jones Falls. Today it has been transformed into beautiful apartments for teachers and others. And its home to the fabulous Artifact Coffee! I believe Life-like products was the last Company to occupy this building before it closed. They made styrofoam products as well toy train accessories.

Just a small nit to pick. The Jones Falls is I believe not a ‘river’. It is a ‘falls’ because it is on the fall line. Ergo, the Jones Falls not the Jones Falls River. I could be wrong. Otherwise a terrific informative video.
