I know people get tired of hearing this kind of observation, but... I've just watched Matthew interview four men and three women. With each woman, the 'pre-count down' chit chat was remarks about what they're wearing or their make up. The questions then focussed on their looks. The men were all asked rather more searching questions about their careers.
